I am Selby and I'm living in Louisiana. My music of choice is rock because it can express almost any emotion I may feel. I'm not very open to other types of music, except alittle bit of techno every now and then. Rock music is my life outside of computers... I play alittle guitar, that is, when I'm not in front of a computer. Other then when I'm rocking out or discussing/living the technogy age, I'm most likely acting like a total moron or am out with family.

I am an intermediate programmer. I have experience in PHP, CSS, HTML, and a bit of Javascript, but after I have a stronger understanding of those I really want to take a deeper look into compiled languages. As I've looked at many languages a bit I think I'm going to dive into C++ before I try any others, such as Perl or Java.

I make almost all of my images using The Gimp and use Notepad2 as my text editor to write alot of the code. Notepad2 is normally my main choice, but for languages such as C++ I use a IDE, such as Bloodshed's Dev-C++. My browser of choice is Firefox with Opera being a close secound. I am currently a Windows user, but am working on a way to use Linux while I still have one phone line and Dial-up.

I hand-coded this site using HTML, PHP, and CSS, maybe even a touch of Ajax in the future. This is my personal site-- maybe in awhile when I have things to say I will start, and actually update, a blog. This site will contain any of my sites, programs, thoughts, tutorials, or other projects I make; It will also contain reviews, handy downloads, useful sites, and anything else I may come accross or wish to add.
